![]() My Mondo terms and conditionsBefore using the My Mondo service callers must ensure they have the bill payer's permission.All calls are billed by your telephone line service provider at their applicable 0871, 0844 and 0911 rates. Prices quoted are from a BT residential landline and were correct at publication date. Prices and availability may vary from other networks. We advise you to check the prices with your phone service provider if you are using any other service than BT. Calls are charged from the time of connection to the My Mondo service. If your call is engaged or unanswered after a short period we advise you to replace the handset. When calling from a mobile handset (or any other handset with a mobile-style "Call" and "Cancel" button method of operation) only press the call or send button after dialling the access number but not again after dialling the destination number. Calls to mobile phones, premium rate numbers, personal numbers, directory enquiries, information lines and pagers are not included unless otherwise stated. My Mondo reserves the right to terminate fraudulent calls. The service is offered 24 hours a day and is subject to availability. We endeavour to provide continuous, uninterrupted access to My Mondo services but we cannot and do not guarantee this. We accept no responsibility or liability for any interruption or delay. You are deemed to accept these conditions when you first use our services. We may hold a number of items of personal data about you which you provide to us. This information, and information about your phone number, is used by us to provide our services to you and for our marketing purposes only. From time to time we may use your details to send you information on new My Mondo products, services or special offers, by sending text messages to your mobile phone, or by other means. We do not sell, rent, or lease our customer information to third parties. By accepting these terms and conditions you agree to that use, but you can stop us sending you this information at any time by emailing us on remove@mymondo.co.uk, or writing to My Mondo, Vanishing Point Ltd, 28 Corinne Road, London, N19 5EY. We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions occasionally.
